By subscribing to our monthly unlimited design service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Subscription Plans

Our monthly website as a service offers various subscription plans. Details of each plan, including pricing, features, and limitations, can be found on our website. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans with prior notice.

Payment and Billing

This website offers products and services through a subscription model, which entails regular monthly payments for a fixed term of 24 months to continuously receive our services. Upon subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your designated payment method. It's important to promptly update any changes to your billing information to ensure uninterrupted service.

Our contracts are set for a 24-month duration. However, you have the option to terminate the subscription early by settling the remainder of the website term for $4500, plus any applicable taxes. Please be aware, once you make your purchase, we do not offer the option to revoke your subscription shortly thereafter. Additionally, there is no minimum purchase required to qualify for the subscription.

Remember, the responsibility to keep your billing information current lies with you, and our monthly management services will continue without interruption unless you decide to end your subscription by fulfilling the buy-out option.

Cancellation and Refunds

For our Starter Plan, we provide only a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date by reaching out to us. This offer applies to the services and digital products available on our Website under the Starter Plan.

Please note that our Ultra Plan operates differently. Due to the extensive and non-refundable nature of the work involved in the Ultra Plan, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has commenced. We strive to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction, so we encourage you to contact us with any concerns regarding the services received under the Ultra Plan, and we will do our best to make it right.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. However, please be aware that refunds are not available for any current or previous subscription periods once the service period has started. Cancellation of your subscription will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle, ensuring you have full access until then.

Intellectual Property

Please note, any websites we create for you under this agreement will remain our property until the full 24-month term is completed. After fulfilling the term, ownership of the website will then be transferred to you.

Automatic Renewals of Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription on our website, it will automatically renew each month. We'll process the renewal using the payment method you have on file until you decide to cancel your subscription.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, you can do so easily through your account on the website. It's important to remember that once you cancel, you'll no longer have access to the services provided by the subscription starting from the date your cancellation takes effect.

Please ensure you give us a 30-day notice before your subscription is due to renew if you intend to cancel the automatic renewals. This notice period is required for the cancellation to be processed effectively.We won’t send reminders for subscription cancellations, and our monthly management services will continue to support and serve you without interruption.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your projects. We will not disclose, reproduce, or share your design concepts with any third parties without your explicit consent. We will also do our best to express any conflicts of interest and decline the project if two clients offer the same product or service.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at our discretion for violation of these Terms of Service or any illegal or inappropriate activities or for any reason we deem appropriate.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

No Warranty on Website

Framer Management provides this website "as is," without any express or implied warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. These conditions apply regardless of any law, dealings, or usage in the trade.
